Certificate Program for Teaching Turkish as a Foreign Language, which has been agreed to be held within the scope of the protocol signed between Yunus Emre Institute and Kocaeli University, is starting in Kocaeli on August 3, 2015, Monday.

The applications to the program, which will be held in the classrooms of Kocaeli University, Faculty of Education, will start on July 27, Monday, and continue for the whole week. Anyone who wants to participate in the course can be pre-registered by the officials in the Turkish Language Department in Kocaeli University, Anıtpark Campus.

The program will be attended by academicians, who are experts in their fields. Teaching Turkish to Foreigners will be based on Yunus Emre Model. The program will last for 4 weeks. The trainees will attend the classes with the foreign students from 09:00 am to noon on weekdays for four weeks. In the afternoon, they will watch the presentations of the academicians by taking notes, and participate in workshops. The trainees will be evaluated according to a sample lecture and a written exam on the last week of the program, and the successful trainees will be given their certificates in the closing session on August 28, Friday.
