Application Results for “Turkish Summer School” will be announced soon!

Through Turkish Summer School program, Yunus Emre Institute has been continuing to host hundreds of students in Turkey since 2010.

The number of applications for Turkish Summer School, offering an opportunity to get to know Turkish culture through experience by traveling to touristic and historical regions besides learning Turkish in-place, has reached a record, this year. This year, 65 thousand people have applied for the program which will take place from July 16 to August 12, 2018.

According to the results to be announced on Friday, April 13, the number of participants that will be hosted in our country is determined as 1.000.

This year, the summer school program hosting nearly 3 thousand students until today within the scope of the project initiated in 2010 has blazed a trail. The Summer School, including students of Yunus Emre Institutes operating abroad and Turkology students from universities having a protocol with the Institute, opens its doors for everyone.

“Have Fun, Learn and Discover”

Turkish is used as the communicative language for the program bringing young people from different regions who want to get to know Turkey and Turkish better in Turkey together and thus offering an opportunity for societies around the world to get to know each other. Students, hosted in different provinces of our country, participate in courses and seminars instructed by expert lecturers in favorite universities of that province and gain an opportunity to improve and practice their Turkish and to see natural beauties of different regions. During the summer school, all needs of our guests, accompanied by their guides and teachers, including round-trip flight tickets, are covered by the Institute.
