Archery Competition Held in Islamabad

An archery competition was held in Islamabad, the capital city of Pakistan, by Yunus Emre Institute (YEI) and Archers Foundation.

Within the framework of the event held at the main campus of the National University of Modern Languages Pakistan (NUML), 32 hours of archery training was given to 100 university students and 18 students participated in the competition.

In the competition organized by Yunus Emre Institute and Archers Foundation, the first three were presented with gifts reflecting Turkish culture and bow and arrow set.

Yunus Emre Institute Director Ulaş Ertaş noted that archery courses have been continuing throughout Pakistan since 2018 and courses have been held in many schools and universities across the country.
