In Azad Cammu Keşmir University Turkish Lessons for Children Began!

Within Turkology Project carried out by Yunus Emre Institute,in Azad Cammu Keşmir University that started its Turkish lessons on 29 May 2017, Turkish lessons began for children.

Due to intense attention to Turkish lessons given as part of the protocol signed on 2 May 2017, addition to public access classes participated by Turkish learning journalists, doctors, teachers and lawyers etc. occupational groups, a Turkish class for children is opened this year for children. Having 30 students, lectures of children group began on 2 July 2018.

While new classes in A-1 level are opened in Pakistan-Muzaffarabad, where attention to Turkish increases every day, students completing A-1 level last year continue A-2 level. Trying to meet intense demand the university maintains its preparations for courses to be given to healthcare personnel in a near future.

On the other hand, number of students coming from university to Turkish Summer School in Turkey raised to 6 this year, while in 2017 this number was 2. Summer school students that have the opportunity to recognize Turkish education as well as Turkish culture on site are entertained for 1 month in our country. While students sharing their experiences in social media compete with texts, photographs and videos showing Turkey, the placed ones are awarded. The summer school, which brings youth of different geographies together in Turkey and uses Turkish as communication language, enables world communities to know each other.
