Yunus Emre Institute will take its Children's Festival, themed as "Let's Go Out," to the kids in the Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus (KKTC).
Having being held in Croatia, Amman, Qatar, Spain, South Korea and Turkey previously, the festival will be visiting the KKTC as its next destination. The festival aims to encourage healthy development of children, draw the public's attention to obesity, harmful habits, addictions including technology addiction, and increase the children's contact with nature through traditional games and plays. To this end, it contains various activities such as cubic jigsaws, spinning tops, mask painting, spoon doll making, pinwheel making, and rhythm workshop.
All children are invited to the festival to be held at the garden of Yunus Emre Institute's Nicosia Branch between November 8 and 9, 2019.
