PTT to promote Turkish Culture Around The Globe

Yunus Emre Institute and one of Turkey's most deep-rooted institutions, the Postal and Telecommunications Corporation (PTT AŞ), have undersigned a cooperation protocol.

Institute President Prof. Dr. Şeref Ateş and PTT AŞ Chairman of Board of Directors and General Director Kenan Bozgeyik attended the signing ceremony held at PTT Stamp Museum on July 17, 2019.

"We will share our worldwide service network with Yunus Emre Institute"

Touching on the importance of the activities undertaken by the Institute around the world, Kenan Bozgeyik said: "Yunus Emre Institute has been reaching out to and service people in many places around the world. With the protocol we have made, the PTT will provide postal, cargo and logistic services to the Institute."

Prof. Dr. Şeref Ateş pointed out that the PTT AŞ connects Turkey to the world and Yunus Emre Institute is located on the moral side of this connection. "The protocol is the first step for Yunus Emre Institute to take our services to the world in a more expedient manner and convey the culture and values Turkey produces to the world using the PTT's network," he said.

Following the keynote speeches, Bozgeyik and Ateş undersigned the cooperation protocol. Under the protocol with the PTT AŞ, the Institute's activities will be delivered to the world using the PTT AŞ's widespread service network.
