Romanian Artists Living in Turkey Meet in Bucharest

The Romanian artists living in Turkey have come together in the exhibition and concert event entitled "Sister Shores: Successful Romanian Artists Living in Istanbul" in Bucharest, the capital of Romania.

The event organized jointly by Yunus Emre Institute's Bucharest Branch and Istanbul Art Association with support from the Turkish embassy in Bucharest was attended by many bureaucrats and artists.

The program held at the Bucharest Sala Radio Concert Hall in the evening of Sunday, October 27 on the occasion of the festivities for the 96th anniversary of the establishment of the republic consisted of the ceramic exhibition "Jewelry and Attire from the Palace" featuring 41 different sections by ceramic artist Yıldız İbram and the concert by opera singers Otilla İpek and Catalin Toropoc, who sang Turkish and Romanian compositions.
