The third “Turks in Kosovo Teachers Seminar” was held in Kosova’s city of Prizren on December 5, 2015. The opening speeches of the program with about 300 teachers in attendance were made by Pristine Yunus Emre Enstitüsü Manager Bülent Uçpınar, Kosovo Turkish Teachers Association (KTÖD) Chairman Orhan Volkan and Kosovo Ambassador Kıvılcım Kılıç. The opening speeches were followed by Gazi University Faculty Member Associate Professor Hayati Akyol’s seminar titled “Reading and Instilling Reading Culture,” and Kırıkkale University Faculty Member Assistant Professor Salim Pilav’s seminar titled “Effective teaching and Effective Teacher.”

The program closed after the attending teachers were presented their certificates following a Turkish music concert.
