The photography exhibition, consisting of photographs selected from retired ambassador Ender Arat's book, titled "Türklere Güvendiler-Tarih Boyunca Türk Topraklarına Sığınanlar" (Trusting the Turks: Those Who Sought Refuge in Turkish Lands Throughout History), has been unveiled and a documentary has been screened under the same theme in Moscow, the capital of Russia.

At the event organized by Yunus Emre Institute's Moscow Branch on November 16, 2019, Arat delivered a keynote speech. He pointed out that Turks are known for their hospitality and kindness, adding that every nation or human being may face difficulties from time to time and it is essential to overcome these hardships through solidarity, unity and sharing. Arat ended his remarks by stating that he hopes to see continued and strengthened Turkish-Russian friendship.

Following the screening of the documentary on the historical figures who sought shelter in Turkish territories, the guests visited the exhibition, finding answers to their questions. At the end of the program, the guests were treated with delicacies from Turkish cuisine.
