Turkish and Jazz Music Concert in Vienna

At the opening of the EUNIC Music Festival organized by the European Union National Institutes of Culture (EUNIC) in Vienna, the capital of Austria, Yeden Ensemble Music Group, supported by Vienna Yunus Emre Institute (YEI), gave a concert in which classical Turkish and jazz music were synthesized.

Within the scope of the festival, which will last a week in the capital Vienna, musical groups supported by cultural institutes of many countries will take the stage.

Giving a greeting speech before the concert, Vienna YEI Director Ayşe Yorulmaz gave information about the Yeden Ensemble and the works performed by the music group.

In the concert, which attracted the attention of art lovers, well-known works of classical Turkish music such as Nikriz Peşrev by composer Ali Ufki Bey, Nikriz Sirto and Çeçen Kızı by Tanburi Cemil Bey, as well as original compositions of artists were performed.
