“Turkish Cuisine Week’’ Event in Washington

As part of the “Turkish Cuisine Week’’, an event was held at the Turkish Embassy in Washington.

Many guests attended the program held at the Embassy Residence on May 27, 2022, hosted by İnci Mercan, wife of Hasan Murat Mercan, Turkey’s Ambassador to Washington.

Distinguished tastes from Turkish cuisine were offered to the guests at the event.

On the other hand, the traditional “5 o’clock Tea Event’’ was hosted by Washington DC Yunus Emre Institute and İnci Mercan at the same organization.

Turkish Cuisine Week events, organized under the auspices of the Presidency and the leadership of President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan’s wife, Emine Erdoğan, are held in cities such as Miami, New York, and Houston in the USA.
