The Turkish Cultural Agenda, prepared specifically for 2020 and opening doors to the Turkish cultural heritage, has been published.

The Turkish Cultural Agenda has been prepared by experts from Yunus Emre Institute through their year-round efforts and it is themed with "Turkey red" and "Imperial Palace" unique to 2020.

The covers of the Turkish Cultural Agenda employed using leather and mıklep (extension to the cover), commonly used elements of the Ottoman binding. Its cover contains the image of the Gate of Salutation (Babüsselam) of the Topkapı Palace as one of the symbolic landmarks, known to the public as the "gate of the state."

The agenda has been prepared as a small album showcasing the cultural heritage of Turkey by describing various matters on Turkish culture in Turkish and English, along with an explanation of the meanings of Turkish motifs and symbols.

The agenda also provides contact information for all Turkish embassies and consulates around the world, foreign embassies and consulates in Turkey, the cultural centers of Yunus Emre Institute around the world, the Turkish Cooperation and Coordination Agency (TİKA), the Turkish Maarif Foundation and the schools run by the Turkish Ministry of National Education as well as the foreign cultural centers in Turkey.

The Turkish Cultural Agenda is poised to promote Turkey's cultural assets with a different theme every year.
