Memorandum of Understanding Signed Between Yunus Emre Institute and Karachi University
Yunus Emre Institute has made a new addition to its international collaborations for the promotion of Turkish language and culture through its foreign representative offices in different regions.
A REPRESENTATIVE OFFICE TO BE OPENED AT KARACHI UNIVERSITY

A memorandum of understanding was signed between the University of Karachi, one of Pakistan's well-established universities, and Yunus Emre Institute to open a representative office within the university.
Lahore Yunus Emre Institute Coordinator Prof. Halil Toker and Karachi University Rector Prof. Khalid Mahmood Iraqi were present at the signing ceremony hosted by Karachi University on April 13, 2023.
The ceremony was also attended by the Consul General of the Republic of Türkiye in Karachi Cemal Sangu, deans and faculty members.

Yunus Emre Institute continues its efforts to increase the number of people who wish to become familiar with Turkish language and culture by telling the story of Türkiye through the activities and projects it carries out in its foreign representative offices in a wide range of regions from Asia to Latin America.

Aiming to create opportunities to increase cultural interaction and dialogue in line with its mission, the Institute continues to increase its cooperation with many institutions that contribute to Türkiye's public diplomacy in the international arena through its over 80 foreign representative offices.
