Yunus Emre Enstitüsü and Turkish Ministry of National Education signed a cooperation protocol in order to carry out joint activities in the field of Turkish language instruction.

At the signing ceremony held at Yunus Emre Enstitüsü, Enstitü President Prof. Dr. Şeref Ateş, General Director of MEB Higher Education and Education Abroad Bülent Çiftçi and accompanying delegation and Yunus Emre Enstitüsü Turkish instruction delegates were present.

The protocol aims the following: the schools affiliated to the Ministry, Turkish instruction courses and Turkish Education Centres abroad will provide Enstitü with instructor/ teacher support in the countries they are located in within the bounds of possibility; Ministry will publish "Seven Climate Turkish", "I Learn Turkish" and "Turkish for Children" course materials prepared by the Enstitü based on the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages and international language instruction standards, in order to be used in the schools, courses and preparation classes under the Ministry, and cooperation of the Ministry and Enstitü in the field of Turkish instruction required for joint scientific studies.
