The first activity organized as part of conference and exhibition on “Ali Ekber Esfahani and Safavid Architect”, a contemporary of the Ottoman architect Mimar Sinan and architect of great Safavid monuments such as Nakş-ı Cihan (Naqsh-e Jahan), was held in Iran National Museum on 14 December 2015.

Second event, a joint organization of Tehran Yunus Emre Enstitüsü, Iran Culture Institution and ICOM International Museums Council Iran Branch was held in Istanbul Dolmabahçe Palace on 20 December 2015.

In the program featuring an exhibition titled Architects of Civilization: “Ali Ekber Esfahani and Persian Architecture” and a conference,  Prof. Dr. Ahmet Muntazar and Prof. Dr. Alereza Gholinejad Piribazari made speeches.
