The people of Bosnia and Herzegovina filled the Ramadan packages distributed by Türkiye in Bosnia and Herzegovina in the past years with humanitarian aid and sent them to the earthquake victims in Türkiye.

"THE PEOPLE OF BOSNIA AND HERZEGOVINA ORGANIZED AID CAMPAIGNS ALL OVER THE COUNTRY"

Sarajevo Yunus Emre Institute Turkish Instructor Ersin Akbulut reminded that Bosnia and Herzegovina sent messages of solidarity with the Turkish people and stated; "The people of Bosnia and Herzegovina organized aid campaigns all over the country. One of these campaigns was carried out by the Municipality of Travnik."

He pointed out that 5 trucks of humanitarian aid were collected in the campaign carried out by the Mayor of Travnik Kenan Dautovic and Advisor to the Mayor Amir Vrhovac and said: "Today, after our visit to the schools providing Turkish education, we went to the aid collection center. We saw the aid being loaded onto the trucks in that region."

Akbulut mentioned that a certain box caught his eye, “It was the box of a Ramadan package distributed in many regions of Bosnia and Herzegovina by the Presidency of the Turkish Delegation. I was very touched to see that box go back to Türkiye filled with humanitarian aid.”

President of the International Union of Democrats in Sarajevo Emine Şeçerovic Kaşlı noted that among the aid collected by one of the humanitarian aid organizations in Sarajevo, the box of a Turkish soldier attracted her attention and said, "I am experiencing different emotions at the same time because this is like my homeland helping my other homeland."

"BOSNIA AND HERZEGOVINA IS BY TÜRKİYE’S SIDE”

Stating that the aid package represents the bond between the two nations, Şeçerovic Kaşlı said, "Türkiye has always supported Bosnia and Herzegovina. Thousands of those packages were distributed here. Bosnia and Herzegovina is by Türkiye’s side.
