I always go to Istanbul because I love Istanbul. I think Turkey is a place where east and west meet. When I am there, I feel like I am in my own country, and my love for Turkey increases.  I watch Turkish TV series; I improve my Turkish by watching TV series. There are very good series; you understand Turkish history while watching them. Watching TV series makes it easier for me to learn Turkish ."

"LEARNING TURKISH IS A BIG AND IMPORTANT STEP FOR ME"

News Anchor Yousuf Khattab said, "Starting to learn Turkish was a big and important step for me. Thanks to Turkish, I had the opportunity to meet the valuable Turkish nation and get to know their culture closely. Even though I am a beginner, this is a very important step for me because by speaking Turkish we strengthen our relations with Turks. Sometimes we have official business visits to Turkey and Turkish-speaking countries, and it is very important for me to be able to speak a little Turkish there. I have traveled to different parts of Turkey; Istanbul and Sapanca come to mind right now. Even though I am a beginner, now it will be easier for me to communicate with Turks in Turkey. It will be useful for me to speak Turkish, especially when I go to hotels, tourist attractions and shopping."
