A painting and photography exhibition featuring the works of 20 artists from 20 countries was organized in cooperation with Vienna Yunus Emre Institute and the International Cultural Diversity Organization (ICDO).

The Turkish Ambassador in Vienna, Ozan Ceyhun, Vienna Yunus Emre Institute Coordinator Ayşe Yorulmaz, Palestinian Nadeen Ayoub, the winner of the Miss Earth-Water 2022, representatives of local institutions and organizations and art lovers attended the event held on September 20, 2023, hosted by Vienna Yunus Emre Institute within the scope of the “The Long Nights of Interculturality” program.

Vienna Yunus Emre Institute Coordinator Ayşe Yorulmaz, who made the opening speeches of the program, stated that Yunus Emre Institute always hosts the exhibitions organized within the framework of the “The Long Nights of Interculturality Program” and said that she is grateful for exhibiting the works of very valuable artists from various parts of the world at the Institute and bringing together artists and art lovers through the event.

Institute Coordinator Yorulmaz made the following assessment: “We have come together here today for the opening of the group exhibition consisting of the works of many valuable artists from different countries. Yunus Emre Institute, Türkiye’s leading cultural diplomacy institution, continues to implement projects and activities to support artists. In this regard, as the Institute, we organize activities aimed at promoting intercultural dialogue between Türkiye and other countries, as well as introducing Türkiye’s cultural instruments.

The Turkish Ambassador in Vienna, Ozan Ceyhun expressed his satisfaction with the cooperation of Vienna Yunus Emre Institute and the International Cultural Diversity Organization and noted that Yunus Emre Institute is one of the leading institutions in Türkiye and carries out many activities to introduce Turkish culture and Turkish language to the world.

The program ended with the guests visiting the exhibition after the speeches.
