Thanks to the efforts of Bucharest Yunus Emre Institute, Turkish will be added to the audio guide applications in all museums in Romania and Turkish will be included in the description texts of the artifacts in the museums.

Bucharest Yunus Emre Institute broke new ground in its efforts to spread Turkish throughout Romania.

Turkish Ambassador to Bucharest Füsun Aramaz and Bucharest Yunus Emre Institute Coordinator Mustafa Yıldız were welcomed by the Romanian Minister of Culture Lucian Romaşcanu.

BILATERAL RELATIONS WILL BE PUSHED TO A HIGHER LEVEL THROUGH COOPERATIONS

During the meeting held with the Romanian Minister of Culture Lucian Romaşcanu on December 15, 2022, major projects planned for 2023 were discussed, such as the digitalization of Ottoman-Turkish manuscripts in the Romanian archives and the continuation of the Turkish courses currently organized for the staff of various Romanian ministries. In addition, issues for further developing the relations between Turkey and Romania through these activities were evaluated.

COMMON VALUE IN THE FIELDS OF HISTORY AND MUSIC WILL BE COMMEMORATED

Moreover, joint projects and activities will be organized on the occasion of the 350^th anniversary of the birth and 300^th anniversary of the death of Dimitri Kantemiroğlu, a common value of Turkey and Romania, who lived in Istanbul for some time.

THE ROMANIAN MINISTER WAS PRESENTED WITH A ROMANIAN YUNUS EMRE ALBUM

At the end of the meeting, Romanian Minister of Culture Lucian Romaşcanu was presented with an album titled "Yunus'un Gönülnâmesi" (Yunus' Tome of Heart), consisting of Yunus Emre's poems and hymns translated into Romanian by Bucharest Yunus Emre Institute.
