TİKA Personnel pay introductory visit to Yunus Emre Institute

A delegation of new deputy experts who have recently started to work in the Turkish Cooperation and Coordination Agency (TİKA) has paid an introductory visit to the Yunus Emre Institute. TIKA is engaged in development cooperation through its offices in nearly 170 countries in 5 continents.     

The delegation, who has been paying visits to stockholder institutions within the framework of a training program for new TİKA deputy experts, was hosted at the Yunus Emre Institute’s headquarters in Ulus, Ankara.    

During the visit, the  delegation was  briefed about how the Institute works in general and the projects conducted by the Institute. Views were also exchanged about possible matters of cooperation with TİKA. The Yunus Emre Institute is engaged in promoting the Turkish language, culture and art worldwide through its 154 contact points in 70 countries.    

The visit came to an end with a group photo after the presentations by the Yunus Emre Institute experts from the Directorates of Strategy Development, Turkish Teaching and Turkology.
