YTB KATIP Committee Visited Yunus Emre Institute

A committee of 25 people consisting of 2017-2018 term Turkish Language Program for Public Officials and Academicians (KATIP) visited Yunus Emre Institute. To the committee, in which participants carry out civil service in various regions of the world participate, information is given about activities of the Institute.

In the program organized in Institute center, details about projects performed by the Institute, which put its signature on not only Turkish education inside and outside of the country but also thousands of culture, art, science-based works, were transferred.

KATİP

Turkish Language Program for Public Officials and Academicians (KATIP) bears the characteristic of a 10 months long fellowship program carried out by Presidency for Turks Abroad and Related Communities (YTB) intended for public officials, researchers and academicians can be active in their countries and promise future to teach them Turkish.

As part of the program, of which firs implementation took place in 2014, together with Turkish education in Istanbul University Language Center and to make them know our country closely and to make them establish sustainable bonds with our country together with several cultural and academic activities, events such as institution visits, trips are offered to participants. Within this scope, it is aimed within the mentioned program that the committee visited Yunus Emre Institute to get to know Ankara closely and to hold a view about executive-political process, public diplomacy and foreign policy of our country.
