The Last of Ottoman Influence in Macedonia Exhibitions held

Skopje Yunus Emre Enstitüsü held the last of Ottoman Influence in Macedonia exhibitions on 3 March 2016.

Exhibition curated by Museum of Macedonia Official Daniela Nikolova and organized in Cifte Hammam in Skopje Turkish Bazaar, was opened by collaboration of Skopje Yunus Emre Enstitüsü, Kumanova Museum and other museums in Macedonia.

Third and last foot of the exhibitions opened with the same title twice in 2014 and 2015, the event presented the guests with the accessories and valuable art objects exhibited in museums outside of Skopje in Macedonia.

Opening ceremony of the exhibition was attended by Turkish Ambassador to Skopje Ömür Şölendil, Macedonian Minister of State Furkan Çako, Constitutional Court Member Salih Murat, Macedonian Minister of Culture Undersecretary Behicuddin Şehabi, Halkbank Ad Skopje Chief Executive Officer Necdet Palakçı, International Balkan University Rector Prof. Dr. İsmail Kocayusufoğlu, representatives of non-governmental organizations, academicians, executive chiefs and numerous art lovers.

Skopje Yunus Emre Enstitüsü Director Ass. Prof. Dr. Mehmet Samsakçı greeted the guests in the exhibition opening and marked that the project launched two years ago underlines and proves that the Ottoman civilization was a construction and improvement civilization. He thanked all who contributed in this project.
