100 Cultural Centers Towards 100th Anniversary

Weaving a cultural web around the world, Yunus Emre Institute approaches its “100 Cultural Centers Towards 100th Anniversary” goal day by day.

The Institute keeps introducing the world to Turkish language and culture by promoting both with the cultural diplomacy activities it carries out at its 66 cultural centers and 85 foreign representative offices across 55 countries.

At the 11th Joint Economic Commission Meeting between Turkey and Oman held in Ankara, a Memorandum of Understanding was signed on the establishment of Muscat Yunus Emre Institute on November 3, 2022.

Minister of Treasury and Finance of the Republic of Turkey Mr. Nureddin Nebati stated that the opening of the Yunus Emre Institute will further improve the perception of Turkey in Oman.

Minister of Commerce, Industry and Investment Promotion of the Sultanate of Oman Mr. Qais bin Mohammed bin Moosa Al Yousef noted that cultural exchange between the two countries is of great importance.

CULTURAL AND SCIENTIFIC TIES TO BE STRENGTHENED

Yunus Emre Institute will carry out numerous large-scale cultural interaction activities, especially Turkish language teaching activities, throughout Oman in an effort to strengthen the cultural and scientific ties and cooperation between Turkey and Oman.
