During the festival, held between May 4 and 5 with support from the Embassy of the Republic of Turkey in Qatar and the Turkish school run by the Embassy, the kids of Doha had fun to their hearts' content in the street games and workshops prepared for them.

Kids painted the cubic puzzles, developed by the Institute for the Year of Göbeklitepe, span tops, played with the spoon dolls they designed themselves and flew the wind roses having fun.

With its motto "Kids, Let's Go Out," the Children's Festival aims to introduce kids to the traditional street games so that they can get away from technology and improve their physical and mental skills, and the next festival will be held in Madrid, the capital of Spain, between May 18 and 19.
