Tarık Zagorčıć's Exhibition, “Formation”, is in Yunus Emre Institute Mostar

Yunus Emre Institute Mostar hosted the opening ceremony of Marbling (ebru) exhibition of Tarik Zagorčić, “Formation” who is one of the marbling art trainees of Kayseri Vocational Training and Culture (KAYMEK), which was held within the scope of Mostar Summer Festival.

A 40-person group including Ms. Zerrin Kandemir, Consul General of the Republic of Turkey in Mostar, Prof. Dr. Seref Ateş, Chairman of the Yunus Emre Institute, Mr. Senad Suljic, Chairman of Mostar Summer Festival Committee, Mr. Mustafa Çelik, Mayor of Kayseri Metropolitan Municipality and associated members of municipality as well as local journalist and a lot of art-lovers participated in the program organized on Saturday, August 4.

Prof. Dr. Şeref Ateş, the Chairman of the Institute, emphasized that they conveyed the Turkish art to the community of Mostar through KAYMEK and explained his pleasure due to the cooperation.

Mayor Mr. Mustafa Çelik stated that about 1000 trainees have been trained in 16 different branches and around 10 exhibitions have been organized until today.

Tarik Zagorčić, who has been performing marbling in Mostar for one year and completed one-month marbling training in Kayseri in July, conveyed his thanks to Yunus Emre Institute, Kayseri Metropolitan Municipality, Ms. Mürşide Gonca Aslan, Director of KAYMEK and Ms. Billur Dilber, Representative of KAYMEK in Mostar for their supports.
